@Regrann from @assiniboineparkzoo - Join us for GEOCACHING 101 DAY at Assiniboine Park Zoo this Saturday, September 30th! Hosted by the @mbgassoc with support from the Assiniboine Park Conservancy Education Team, Geocaching 101 Day at the Zoo is a great opportunity to learn about this fun, family-friendly activity. The event will begin in the Zoo Classroom with a brief introduction to geocaching, along with some tips and tricks of the game for beginners. Please feel free to sign the event log book as you check in, and pick up your challenge game sheet (available between 9 am and 11:30 am). Limited GPS units will be available for those who don't have one. Several new caches will be unveiled and made available for this event. Admission Admission or membership to the Assiniboine Park Zoo is required to participate in the Geocache Challenge. • A special program price is available for those who purchase their Zoo admission in advance online. (Link in profile) • Admission purchased online in advance is valid only on Saturday, September 30. • Proceeds from advance registration support Zoo education programming. • Regular Zoo admission rates apply to admission purchased at the Zoo entrance.
